A Communique from Fleshbot
I got an email from John D., who edits Fleshbot, which we lauded just last week. He took exception to my “arrogant and dismissive” characterization below. First: wowser! I didn’t expect my colleagues in the sex biz find this obscure little blog that quickly! Of course I’m flattered, and just a little embarrassed, especially after he acknowledges his role in the old misunderstanding.
Sir Rodney is one of the few in the adult online community who stands for quality, transparency, and consumer value. I get really angry when other writers in the industry don’t acknolwledge the valuable free service we provide to consumers, perhaps because they fear we are competing in some way. The simple truth is, we are making the audience bigger, welcoming more people to adult entertainment, which thanks to the Internet, can now be enjoyed cheaply and anonymously in the privacy of ones bedroom. Sir Rodney should be universally praised, because we provide free safe factual and unbiased guidance to consumers seeking online erotica, exotica, adult humor and hardcore delights.
We should all be working together to make the adult web a safe, private, and fun place for everyone.
