Mark,

Quick question for you, and I say this having chosen two of your sites (Naughty America University, and My Friend’s Hot Mom ) as *top picks* out of 1000s of sites: why the stilted, low access trial? You know we slam you for it in our reviews. Why not have either no trial, or a full trial? And why, for goddsakes, don’t you guys make an effort to tell trial users what they are getting? It is a blemish on your otherwise outstanding sites.

Look forward to your response,

Sir Rodney

Hey Rodney,

Thanks for asking me these questions, the reason we have the low access trial is so that users get a taste of what our sites are like and they get what they paid for. We know we get slammed for it on reviews, but it’s the only thing we get slammed for. The trial price is a fair price for one movie, and it should be more than enough for consumers to decide. Many other sites don’t offer trail of ANY kind.

We understand that people want to see it all at a cheap price, but our content is not cheap. As far as not telling people what they get, they are getting a trial access and that should be self explanatory.

I appreciate all these comments as it gives me a chance to address them, but we have a low cancellation rate, and we have a good conversion rate, and we have one of the lowest chargeback rates in the business.

Thanks,

Mark
