Ain’t Cheating, For Real

The True Confession Site That Ain’t Faking It

Ain’t Cheating Delivers Real Reality - at last

We all know that reality sites like MILF Hunter, Bang Bus, and Mike’s Apartment are like professional wrestling. As much as we love them, they are fake as hell. Every once in a while, however, we come across a story so real we have to go digging just to be sure. Sometimes what we find is stinky (Taylor Bow), but sometimes (ok, this once), it turns out to be gold.

Ain’t Cheating presents itself as the “true confession” of “Dick” who has been given permission by his wife to tape himself getting blow jobs and hand jobs from porn sluts because “blow jobs ain’t cheating”. In several dozen movies, we watch gonzo style (from Dick’s pov) as Rick enjoys the pleasures of annoymous, slightly kinky sex (he’s got a thing for pantyhose and nylons) with an endless procession of sex pros. We thought it just had to be bullshit. Even Sir Rodney’s notoriously open minded wife would not consent to this arrangement (without participating). We made arrangements to meet Richard Banks, the creator of Ain’tCheating.com, at the Adult Entertainment Expo in Vegas.

ORich surprised us when he brought his real life wife, Ingrid, a successful offline entrepreneur, along for the interview. She was accompanying him to the show in order to help focus his business. It was soon clear he needed her help. While a trim, attractive, funny and open minded lady, Elke is a far cry from the porn sluts and call girls that populate Rich’s movies. It was all too easy to imagine her as the unseen, put-upon wife much discussed on his Ain’t Cheating site. Rich’s statement on the his site states his wife “is braver than any woman I’ve ever known, and I shit you not, allows me to shamelessly receive blowjobs from the sweet young models that I hire as talent… My wife accepts that my focus here is to understand the hidden dynamics of our libido, and reluctantly allows me to venture into this highly addictive world of sex-positive culture to discover these illusive truths.”

Banks is an artist who graduated from one the country’s leading film schools two decades ago, and has had a screenplay produced by a mainstream studio. Unable to make a living from writing alone, Rich tried making his living as an IATSE union movie technician, working sporadically in a chronically freelance blue collar business. In 1995, he took his first job shooting a porn movie for Vivid, and despite his nagging intentions to return to mainstream moviemaking, Rich has been focused on porn for nearly a decade. Despite a professed distaste for show business people, Banks seems to have a real affection for people in porn. “Porn people are a very grounded and down-to-earth since they express themselves sexually when 99% of the world bottles it up,” he said, while reluctantly admitting that “some are a little lost.”

Ingrid has a sense of humor and a sense of irony about Rich’s predicament. She knows this is something he has to do as an artist, and as a man. As far as Sir Rodney is concerned, that makes her the sexiest damn woman in the whole fucking place. The biggest irony, of course, is that Ingrid may well be the savior of the Ain’t Cheating website. While there are several dozen excellent original Quicktime movies on the site, Rich lacks the marketing and sales support to spend very much time developing more movies. He and Ingrid are hoping someone at the show will help them take this project, and Rich’s career, to another level.

Another interesting profile of this artist has just appeared on AVN. Click here to read it.

Interesting post, but who is Elke? Do you mean Ingrid? Is it some sort of Freudian slip?

    xx
